Cleaning Supplies

Cleaning supplies, unless otherwise requested, will be supplied by us, the cleaners. For real hardwood floors, our go to is Pine-sol, lemon scented. If you prefer a vinegar based cleaner, or possess one you would prefer be used, that is easy to accommodate. We will use the same floor cleaner throughout the home. If you do not possess hardwood floors we likely utilize Mr. Clean products.

For our counter top cleaner we utilize Lysol hydrogen peroxide spray- which smells AMAZING (citrus zest) and disinfects.

Toilet bowl and shower cleaners are Lysol Power Cleansing Gel and a blue self cleaning tablet in the tank for extended results. Appliances may call for Greased Lightning, Windex, or even a stainless steel cleaner. I aim to leave your home smelling citrus-y 🍋🍊 and fresh. Of course these may vary each week depending on availability and preference, but to simply name a few preferred brands and know what to generally expect. ☺️

Start Up

At your initial visit you will be presented with a contract to sign. This contract does ***not*** lock you in with services for an extended period of time, this is not a subscription! Contracts merely include:

- a waiver relieving Pristine Clean by Kelly LLC of responsibility for any damages due to general wear and tear. In example (but not limited to): cleaning cabinet doors during a custom clean, and the cabinet door falls off due to general wear and tear, which then scuffs the cabinet or chips tile, and so on;

-an agreement to make payment in full, up front, before services are started once the quote is agreed upon;

-a promise from Pristine Clean by Kelly LLC, that a walk through will be available prior and post clean, to guarantee customer satisfaction. A receipt for services will be issued upon the completion of the walk through. If you are dissatisfied and we can not come to an agreement*, I will simply give you a refund, minus a $50 gas and supplies fee, and blacklist you. I am open to all questions, comments and concerns, but must prepare myself against anyone who expects more than what their package includes. Absolutely NO SERVICES will be rendered until payment is received in full. Our walk through after services guarantees that Pristine Clean by Kelly LLC has met your expectations. 

-if you are not available in person at the scheduled time of your cleaning, Pristine Clean by Kelly LLC has your permission to video/ photo the home for "before and after" photos that can be used to demonstrate what was accomplished during the cleaning session. These photos/videos will be made available to the customer if they so please. Payment is still expected upfront if the customer will not be present at the time of the cleaning and the receipt will be left in a safe location for retrieval.
